Probably. Strength training is by far the absolute best way to lose weight. Combined with a healthy diet, there's probably no better choice than to lift weights to make a permanent change for the better in your life and your health .

Bodybuilding is a healthy way to lose weight permanently and tone and strengthen muscles and have a body you can be proud of.

We all know that "diet and exercise" all is the most effective way to lose weight. But for some reason I often combine these two things.

We rely too much on the scale, no matter what happens in our body. We believe that just because the scale on "low" indicates that we are healthy. This is not true. We not only lose fat but gain muscle.
