Bodybuilding - Busting three myths about women and strength training

Have you ever been to the gym or health, then go straight to the cardio equipment? They always go to the cardio equipment? If the car is designed to keep the weight machines or free weights area scare you?

Well, rest assured, you are not alone.

The truth is that you feel like you probably did not put weight on the side of the gym. Since you usually see guys out there with huge muscles, what they do or know othersMen who know what they show. And if you're not safe enough to try the weight, looking for these guys to be disturbed too intense.

So, you think to yourself: "Well, I'll keep it simple, because the heart has to be a good way to lose weight." If you think you are right only 1 / 3.

I always tell people that there are 3 key elements for health and fitness: diet and nutrition, strength training / cardio and weights. I will not coverboth in this article, but for women in the first place that seems suspended in weight training.

Although there are a number of reasons, strength training can help, I want to dispel three myths of weight, women with the train. I believe that the perpetuation of these myths prevent women from reaching full fitness and get the physical body and really want it.

Myth 1 - "I look a little strength 'of trainingMan bodybuilder /. "

The truth - has a huge amount of testosterone to produce large muscles of rats, the results you see in many competitive bodybuilders and fitness for purpose of your products. There are women naturally produce enough testosterone. (In fact, many men and not to take supplements to make larger muscles.) Basically, you can not and will not be great for lifting weights.

Myth 2 - "I can only cardio and lose weight, I. Need "

The truth - while cardiovascular exercises are a great way to burn calories while exercising burn calories as long as people continue to think. If you train to take power into your workout program, helps build muscle mass. The muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn during the day. Based on your cardio simply be just a shell of your former self. You do not look fit, lean andlow.

Myth 3 - "the force is only for men and bodybuilders."

The truth - the athletes of all levels to take some sort of strength / fitness / weight training programs in their specific sport to be fit. Figure skaters, Turner, runners, cheerleaders, football players, basketball players, soccer players, etc. can all benefit from the bedroom time in the weight class or simply the weight of your body for resistance (as a right fundamentalPush-up). These athletes are trained to recognize the need and benefits of power and performance in practice and competition. Even if they do not compete, you will find that adding weight training to increase overall strength and gives you more energy during the day.

Although training is only 3 women myths and weight, I want you to understand that strength training has its advantages: avoidingOsteoporosis, increases muscle mass and increases metabolism. And if these services is not enough for you, remember that muscle takes up less space, the fat. So if you want to get into skinny jeans, press the weight and strength to show everyone that you really are.
