Circuit training to build muscle or lose weight?

A member of my gym looked at me in training the other day and asked how it works. I told him I had an intensive training full body circuit routine. "Circuit training is not just for women trying to lose weight?"

I trained a large number of customers with many different objectives, but my priority is to train people who want rapid loss of fat. CB: What were your first training? Why were they so good? How have improved the strength and interval training sessions?

WA
Before my strength training and intervals were purely mechanical.

My local gym uses machines and Nautilus training diary is a car body based training market around 2-3 times a week. When I started my first workout, I weighed 81 kg less (ie 178.2 pounds) and 23% body fat. My life measured 37 inches.

12 weeks later:

MyWeight 73.8 kg was (£ 162.36)

A loss of 7.2 kg (15.84 pounds)

More importantly I had my size reduced to 32 ½ inches

CB: How do you feel in terms of strength and energy?

WA

I always believed supersets are best for burning fat, but strength coach John Barban is telling me I'm wrong! John recommends "6-circuits minutes" for women to lose weight, so I pressed on how and why the way he supposedly better than mine.

How is John is a strength and conditioning Certified Specialist and a varsity strength and conditioning coach (as I have previously).

John specializes in training female varsity athletes,especially hockey player in women and has a Master of Science in nutrition and human physiology at the University of Guelph.

JB:
We have many advantages with the mini-tour with this lineup.
